12 Children & Minors

The fhfun Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. fhfun does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If fhfun discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental consent, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. The discovery will also be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians who believe that their child under the age of 21 may have registered a fhfun account should contact the support team immediately.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
