You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your fhfun account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. fhfun complies with applicable AML laws and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
fhfun does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fhfun Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, fhfun reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their fhfun account in good standing may do so by contacting the 24/7 live support team. All outstanding balances satisfying withdrawal conditions will be processed prior to account closure.
All content on the fhfun Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of fhfun or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fhfun Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. fhfun's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your fhfun account at the time of the claim.
fhfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a fhfun account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
fhfun will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game content providers as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, subject to applicable data protection obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fhfun's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
